along I-10 interstate just on the outskirts of the atchafalaya basin in louisiana, there's a large billboard advertising the opportunity to see the worlds largest american alligators. this roadside attraction is ran by boyd and louis duplantis, two brothers who inherited their father's gator farm almost 15 years ago. they offer boat tours of their sprawling bayou property, as well as opportunity to hold baby gators and to learn all about these unique creatures. the brothers live in a single-wide trailer on a quiet, tucked away corner of the property, only accessible via locked gate.
